2. Delivery & Fulfillment

Upon a successful payment transaction, your digital report is instantly unlocked and provided directly in your browser. Additionally, a dedicated Client Portal session is generated allowing you to download and save the PDF of your report. You are responsible for downloading your files before the mandatory 24-hour portal expiration.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Because our system instantly delivers full digital access to proprietary data upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a report has been successfully generated and unlocked. All sales for digital downloads are final.
