When you use Scout, we collect the email address provided in Step 5 solely to grant you access to your client portal. Any generated reports and associated email addresses are stored securely on our servers and are governed by a strict 24-hour retention protocol. After 24 hours, the data is automatically and permanently purged from our database.

2. Payment Information

We do not collect or store any payment or credit card information. All payments are securely processed and managed by our independent payment provider (Stripe). Stripe's use of your data is governed entirely by the independent Stripe Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies strictly to maintain your session states during the questionnaire. We do not track you across third-party websites or sell any of your behavior profiles to marketers.

4. Your Rights

Since all generated content automatically expires within 24 hours, the simplest way to delete your data is to let the time lapse. If you require immediate deletion of a portal before the 24-hour cycle completes, you may contact our administrative team.
